An Individual Objective / To-dos is one assigned to a person but not a team, so could be considered an individual contributor.
- They are visible to everyone in the organisation
- You cannot assign them to a Team
- They can be linked to Company, Team and Individual Objectives.
They appear in the Owned and All filters from the left navigation
If you manage people, their Individual Objectives / To-dos will also appear in the Reportees filter
These are different to Personal Objectives / To-dos which are described in What is a Personal Objective / To-do?
