There are 3 organisation settings that control when notifications are sent
Timezone
Emails will be sent around 06:00 based on the timezone
Working Week
There are 2 options for working week (Mon-Fri & Sun-Thurs) which is used to send daily emails on working days only and weekly emails on the first day of the working week
Check-in Reminders
Can be sent on the check-in day or the day before
