This is a section that allows the meeting to review a set of OKRs, Initiatives / To-dos or KPIs.
Any To-dos linked to the OKRs are included in the OKR Review
Selecting the OKRs / KPIs
There are 3 main ways to select the OKRs / Initiatives / KPIs
- Team
- All owned by members of the Team
- Owner
- Owned by the specific user
- Selected OKRs
- Specific OKRs / Initiatives / KPIs
Initiatives can be filtered by status, defaulting to In Progress
OKRs have 2 additional settings
- Quarter / Year
- Pick a specific quarter to do a review or do some planning
- Filtered by the Objective RAG status (Red / Amber / Green)
Meeting Preparation
Once an OKR & To-do Review section is added to the Agenda the following section appears in the Meeting Preparation page. This shows for Key Results & To-dos that will be reviewed in the meeting, how many have been checked in during the last 3 days by each owner
Reviewing the OKRs / KPIs
During the meeting the following section appears and you can click on the comment button to see the comment thread
Actions and Notes can be added if needed but the normal Comment functionality is available to comment on individual Key Results / To-dos
