Simplifying Initiatives and Metric Creation

When creating new Metrics and Initiatives, we have simplified the process by removing some steps and merging other. We are going to continue improving this area based on the feedback we are getting from clients.

OKR Grace Period

We have added a grace period setting which how long after a quarter has finished are you allowed to update OKRs. The default is 2 week and you can change this in the Organisation settings page.

Additional HR Metrics

We’ve added over 20 HR Metrics to Resources to use in your OKRs - filter the metrics in Resources by Human Resources to see them.

Initiative Growth Levers removed

We have remove Growth Levers from the Initiatives based on the feedback from clients. If you still need them please contact us for a different solution.
