There are 2 reasons why you cannot change an OKR time period
- If you have copied the OKR to the following period, then they are now forming a chain of OKRs through time and so cannot have their period manually changed. If there are only 2 OKRs in the chain you can delete the future one and then will be able to change the time period.
- If the OKR has a child OKR, then you will not be able to change the period because parent / child OKR must be in the same period. To change the period, remove the parent/child link and you will be able to move them to a different period.
Check if the OKR has child OKRs in the Alignment tab of the details view, because Annual OKRs might have child OKRs in different Quarters which are not visible in the hierarchy view.
