Some significant changes to Key Results in this release plus some other useful updates

Key Result - Starting Value & Average Value

We have extended the configuration of Key Results using KPIs to include a Start Value. This makes it more obvious what the Key Result will be measuring and how the progress is calculated. If you already have KPI data, the Start Value will be pre-filled with the value from the start of the OKR period but you can change this if needed.

We have added an average value option when checking whether a Key Result has been achieved - this is useful for KPI that have some variability

Dashboards - Bar Chart & link through to details

We have added a Bar Chart option to the KPI Chart Widget

You can now click through to the KPI details  from the KPI Widgets using the legend, and to the OKRs/Initiatives filtered list from their widgets

Additional Filters

OKR & Initiatives now have Confidence and Collaborator filters

KPI have an Update Needed filter
