Both Deal and Analytics data can be retrieved from HubSpot for KPI
Deal
When creating KPIs based on Deals you will first
- Select which Deal Pipeline to use
- For some KPIs select the Deal Stage is needed
- Then optionally select to filter using any of the deal fields such as
- Deal Owner
- Deal Type
- HubSpot Campaign
- Product
- etc
KPIs Available
- Deals / Opportunities Count in Funnel Stage
- Number of of the deals in the selected stage of the deal pipeline
- Deals / Opportunities Value in Funnel Stage
- Value of of the deals in the selected stage of the deal pipeline
- Closed Won
- Number of deals in the Closed Won stages of the deal pipeline
- Closed Won $
- Value of deals in the Closed Won stages of the deal pipeline
- Sales Cycle
- Time from a deal being created and becoming Closed Won
Analytics
The following KPIs can be created using data from HubSpot. You can optionally filter using a HubSpot View or a Source.
- Users
- New Users
- Sessions
- Bounce Rate
- Pages / Session
- Average Session Duration
