Team Page Update

Team page has been updated to better show the team members and allow easier management of them. A read only version of the team page is now available to all standard users.

Engagement Analysis

New analysis is available which shows engagement at the teams and individual level

Appraisals

Based on client feedback

• The layout has been changed to better support concurrent open appraisals (eg quarterly performance review and annual development plans)
• Separate label which is used for selecting & managing actual appraisal rather than the template name
• In Use option has been added to control which templates are currently available
