KPIs can have parent & child KPIs to create a data model / hierarchy
The relationship between a parent & child has 2 variables
- Confidence which is how strong you think the relationship is between them
- Influence which indicates there there is no direct relationship but the child does influence the parent
When using KPI Targets, the current target is displayed in the hierarchy and also shows if the target is currently Slow or Stuck
When creating calculated KPIs the relationships are automatically added to the hierarchy
Dashboards can be be created from the hierarchy - use the menu and a dashboard will be created showing charts for that KPI and all its descendants.
Confidence & Influence can be enabled / disabled in settings
