Personal & Individual Objectives
You can now create Personal and Individual Objectives - there are 2 types because some objectives you want to keep private while others are part of the OKR Hierarchy but are owned by a individual contributor
- Personal Objectives can only be seen by you and your manager
- Individual Objectives can be seen by everyone and can be added the OKR hierarchy

OKR Planner
The OKR Planner is a quick way to enter OKRs from a spreadsheet or collaborate with colleagues when creating a new set of OKRs. More details in Using the OKR Planner to input your first OKRs
Changes to the Left Navigation
The filters for Mine, Team, etc are now fixed when clicking on them - you can add more filters as needed but the original Mine / Team is fixed
For OKRs, if you manage people then in the Reportees view you can see their Personal Objectives along with any Individual or Team ones they own,
Active KPIs are now quickly displayed using the link in the left navigation - active are KPIs which are used in a current OKR
JIRA Key Result Progress
You can now have a Key Result based on the completion of Story Points in an Epic - see more details in Creating Key Results based on completing Trello, Asana & JIRA Tasks
