Personal Objectives / To-do are ones that are only visible to you and your manager, so you will often see it referred to as "Personal (Private)"
- They are only visible to you and your manager
- They are marked with blue P icon
- You cannot assign them to a Team or add Collaborators as they are Personal
- Objectives can have Parent / Child associations but only with other Personal Objectives
These are different to Individual which are described in What is an Individual Objective / To-do?
Your Personal Objectives / To-dos only appear in your Home page
If you manage people, then their Personal Objectives / To-dos will appear in the Managers > Reports page.
