The Wellbeing survey can be changed in the Settings page
There are 2 surveys and each can be independently switched on /off
Questions
- Order can be changed using Up / Down links
- Can be removed from a survey at any time
- Can be moved between surveys by removing and adding to the other
- New questions can be created using the Add Question
The schedule can be changed between every 1, 2 and 4 weeks and this applies to both surveys
