Meetings are cancelled / deleted from the Meetings list
Cancelling a Meeting
For a repeating meeting the next meeting is skipped and date moves to the next in the schedule
The content of the meeting is kept (eg Discussion Points)
One off meetings cannot be cancelled
Deleting a Meeting
When deleting an In Preparation meeting it deletes the next and all future meetings
A Completed meeting can be deleted and only that meeting will be deleted
Meetings that are running cannot be deleted or cancelled until the meeting has ended
