When new users log into ZOKRI they see the following Checklist - this has several videos showing how to use ZOKRI and the best practice to follow. You can individually enable / disable the videos in the Organisation page.
The same videos are available to all users in the Onboarding page available in the left navigation.
If you want to modify the videos to match your processes and terminology please just contact support.
