You can
- change a user from using email / password to logging in using either Google, Microsoft or OKTA Sign In
- change user who already signs in using either Google, Microsoft or OKTA to a different method but see the NOTE below
- change the email they are using for email / password login
In the Users page click the Change Login in the menu and there will be an option to change their email.
On saving this will log the user out and send them a new invite via the email, so they can then switch to the SSO login method or just enter a password for a new email address.
There is also an option to make the same change for multiple users at the same time.
If you want to force the users to use SSO, then you can disable the email / password option - see Setting up how users log into ZOKRI
NOTE
If the user already signs in using Google, Microsoft or OKTA and you want to change it, then the permission to use ZOKRI MUST be removed in the Google, Microsoft or OKTA settings. Please contact your IT admin if you are not sure how to do this.
