You can create your own KPIs and then enter the values manually
Using the KPI builder select "Values updated manually" and confirm the unit and update frequency. You then put in the name and confirm the owner & initial status of the KPI before saving.
You can then update the values in the data tab of the KPI details page or in the Update KPIs page
