The team owning on OKR is set automatically based on the owner, so
- If the owner is in just one team then that team is used as the owning team
- If the owner is in 2 teams you are asked to choose which team to use
- And if the owner is in no team then it is not set
If you later assign a user to a team, the system will update any OKRs owned by that user to also be owned by the team.
