Admin
Admin have full access to all data* and ability to change all settings
- Invite & manage Users
- Change Organisation & Wellbeing settings
- Change Billing
- View all Manager pages for all users
- Performance
- Engagement
- Wellbeing
- View Personal Objectives for all users
- Create & Edit All Pillars (Company & Team)
* Admin cannot see the Team Private Data unless they are a member of that team
Human Resources
Human Resources can see all the data for all users that is normally restricted to a Manager

- Change Organisation & Wellbeing settings
- View all Manager pages for all users
- Performance
- Engagement
- Wellbeing
- View Personal Objectives for all users
- Create & Edit All Pillars (Company & Team)
OKR Lead
OKR Lead have access to all the data needed to manage the rollout of OKRs and engagement in the organisation
- Invite & manage Users
- Change Organisation & Wellbeing settings
- Change Billing
- View these Manager pages for all users
- Performance
- Engagement
- Create & Edit All Pillars (Company & Team)
Managers
The manager can be set for each user and then the manager can
- View Personal Objectives for their reports
- View all Manager pages for their reports
- Performance
- Engagement
- Wellbeing
Standard
- Can see their own Personal Objectives
- Create & Edit their own Team's Pillars
Read Only
- Can see all the public content but cannot create or own anything or add comments
- Can attend meeting
- Do not count towards your paid seats
