New Key Result Creation Flow

Simple To / From Key Result

We have added a new type of Key Result - "Simple From / To" - and instead of using a KPI you can simply set the target value you are aiming for & the start value. You then simply update with the latest value whenever you want, and the progress is updated immediately. See more details in What is a Simple From / To Key Result?

Confidence

We have changed the confidence values to be High, Medium and Low instead of a percentage value. If you want to continue using percents then you can switch back in the Organisation -> Settings page

OKRs using KPIs

To make it easier to find the OKRs that are using a specific KPI we have added a new view in the KPI details page which lists either the Current or All OKRs using the KPI, and a new filter in the OKRs view to filter by KPI
