There are 2 options on how to use stretch gaols in ZOKRI
Stretch Targets
Each Key Result can have 2 targets
- standard target which is expected to be achieved
- stretch target which can be optional or mandatory
The progress can be measured against the standard or stretch targets, and the terms used for levels can be changed.
Success & Difficulty
Each Key Result has a difficulty and that sets a success level (eg 70%), and the Key Result is considered a success if that level is reached
The option to use can be selected and managed in Settings
