Giving Feedback

You give Anytime Feedback by clicking the icon in the top menu

You then select who you are giving feedback on, type your message and depending how your organisation has setup the feedback you can select some terms from Culture, Personal Attributes, or Confidence / Skills.

The Anytime Feedback you have given & received is shown in your feedback page

All Feedback & Ranking

All feedback across the organisation is shown in the same page you create feedback and you can add comments / replies to any feedback. Rankings are also available to show which teams and individuals are sending feedback to other teams and to their team members.
