1-1 Meetings use templates defined in the settings - see Creating 1-1 Meeting Templates
Create the meeting
When creating a 1-1 meeting the following fields need to be filled in
- Meeting Name
- Report who is the subject of the 1-1
- Template to be used
- Manager(s) who is running the 1-1
- Schedule
Agenda
The default agenda is
- Action Review
- 1-1 Sections
If Additional Meeting Sections is enabled then other sections can be added and the order changed.
OKR Section
If the template contains an OKR section then these are managed in the meeting settings
Settings
1-1 meeting have fewer options than standard meetings
- Participants
Manager(s) can be changed but the report cannot be changed once the meeting has been created - Schedule
Has the same options as the standard meeting - Email
Has the same options as the standard meeting
Running the meeting
Meeting are run in the same way as standard meeting and the different template sections become meeting sections
