There is an option to allow multiple owners for Objectives, Initiatives, and KPIs. The additional owners "Co-Owners" have the same permission as the owner and receive the same notifications.
The option needs to be enabled in Settings -> Organisation
Once enabled, the first co-owner needs to be added from the various menus
After that the co-owners are displayed in the details page and can be edited by clicking
