When creating a Connector, the final step is to set the name and decide who can use the Connector to create Key Results / KPIs. The default is everyone (All Teams) but they can be limited to specific teams. The setting can changed later using the menu in the Connector details page
Note: this only limits who can create Key Results / KPIs using the Connector, the Key Results / KPIs will still be visible to all users. If you want to limit who can see the Key Results / KPIs see Creating Private Team OKRs, To-dos and KPIs
